Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ProScouter Music (the "Platform"), operated as a networking and discovery service for artists, promoters, and music industry professionals.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.
2. User Content
You retain ownership of any tracks, images, bios, or other content you upload. By posting content, you grant ProScouter Music a non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform for the purpose of operating the service. You represent that you have the rights to any content you upload.
3. Promoter Ratings
Ratings and reviews left by artists about promoters must reflect genuine, first-hand experiences. ProScouter Music may remove reviews that are fraudulent, defamatory, or violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid tiers (Pro, Elite, Promoter Pro) are billed on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Platform to harass other users, upload infringing content, misrepresent your identity, or attempt to circumvent platform fees for bookings arranged through ProScouter Music.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
7. Disclaimer
ProScouter Music is provided "as is." We do not guarantee industry placements, bookings, or outcomes resulting from use of the Platform.
